Returns + Refunds

We are pretty sure that you are going to love our lavender infused products.  But just in case you are unsatisfied, we provide a complete money back guarantee or a shop credit.  You can return or exchange any product(s) for any reason up to 30 days after your purchase.  Please call us at 250-641-5842 or email us at returns@littlelamblavender.ca with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange.  We will be happy to assist you with the process. 

As soon as we receive and process the package, we will be in touch regarding your refund.  Refunds will appear on your original payment method.   Please know that we will refund the price of the product but are unable to refund your shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping costs.  

Shipping

Purchases are shipped from Canada, by Canada Post and usually arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order.  For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in Canada in 2-8 business days.  

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for paying any import duties based on the regulations of their country.

Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.  Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or out of season.  We will contact you in such an event with an estimated shipping date.  Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.  Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified promptly.

Local Delivery:

We offer free delivery within most of Smithers and Telkwa. To find out if your location is within our delivery radius, enter your address at checkout and this option will become available. If this option doesn't appear, unfortunately your location is not within our radius. 

Deliveries are scheduled Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm.  Please be sure to include drop-off instructions for a safe delivery (i.e. front door, side door, mailbox, etc).  We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
